Simple pitch-shifting effect based on circular buffers. The pitch-shift factor is adjusted via the Parameter Window. Stereo signals have separate adjustments for left and right channels.
The pitch-shifter is implemented in the time-domain using circular buffers with adjustable "playback" increments. This simple method leads to a variation in the duration of the audio material in accordance with the shift factor (i.e. the "helium effect").
