Random Telegraph Pan 1

What it is

An auto-panner that jumps a mono input around the stereo field at random, following a random-telegraph (random step) profile rather than a smooth sweep. Rate sets how often the position jumps, Mix blends the panned signal against the dry input and sets the depth, and Phase offsets the left and right modulation.

How it works

A band-limited random-telegraph wavetable, sized to the sample rate and rate setting, drives a time-varying amplitude on each output channel, with the right channel read from a phase-shifted point in the same table. The panner advances one sample-frame per tick, in keeping with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
