An auto-panner that sweeps a mono input across the stereo field following a sine curve. Rate sets how fast the sound travels from side to side, Mix blends the panned signal against the dry input and sets the depth of the sweep, and Phase offsets the left and right modulation so the two channels move in a chosen relationship.
A sine wavetable sized to the sample rate and rate setting drives a time-varying amplitude applied to each output channel, with the right channel read from a phase-shifted point in the same table. The panner advances one sample-frame per tick, in keeping with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
