A control-signal generator that outputs pseudo-random, uniformly-distributed noise rather than audio, nominally ranging between 0 and 1. Bandwidth sets how rapidly the value changes (a logarithmic control spanning roughly 1 mHz to 20 kHz), the amplitude/depth slider (0..1) scales the swing, and an Unmodulated amplitude range selector chooses whether the output spans -1 : +1 or 0 : +1.
A linear-congruential random-number generator produces a new uniform value, and the block holds each value for a number of samples derived from the bandwidth and the sample rate, which band-limits the result. It emits one sample-frame per tick, in keeping with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
