A control-domain comparator with no parameters: it takes two control inputs and passes the smaller of the two to its single control output. It is a building block for control logic — for example picking whichever of two modulation sources is currently lower.
On every tick it compares the two incoming control values and writes the minimum to its output, processing one sample-frame per tick in keeping with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
