Control Math

Log10

What it is

Log10 is a control-domain math block that outputs the base-10 (common) logarithm of its control input. It operates on control signals only, mapping a single control input to a single control output, and has no adjustable parameters. The logarithm is defined for positive inputs.

How it works

On every tick it evaluates the base-10 log of the current control value and writes the result to its control output. It runs once per engine tick, one sample-frame at a time, in keeping with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
