Control Delay

What it is

A single-tap delay for a control signal. It holds the incoming control stream and re-emits it a fixed number of samples later, set by the Delay parameter (1 to 100000 samples). It has no audio path — one control input, one control output — so use it to time-align or offset a control stream against the rest of a patch, or to build delayed-modulation and feedback structures out of control signals.

How it works

The control input is written into a circular buffer and read back N samples behind the write position, where N is the Delay parameter. One sample-frame is processed per tick, in step with WaveWarp's sample-per-sample engine.
